HOD Run+ Subscriber Agreement

This agreement governs HOD Run+, Hub or Dub's subscription that lets verified individuals run reports on other people and businesses for personal, non-FCRA purposes. It includes the Individual Use Certification and supplements the Platform Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

Effective July 31, 2026 · Version 2026-07-31.1 · Continuously reconciled against local law

1. What HOD Run+ includes

  • Everything in My HOD+ (bundled);
  • The ability to run HOD Reports on other people and businesses from your individual account;
  • Report status tracking, delivery, and history in your account.

2. Report allowance and access window

Your HOD Run+ subscription includes one report per specific person or business per subscription month. Each report remains accessible to you for up to twenty-four (24) hours from the moment it is made available, after which access automatically expires and the report is no longer viewable through your account. The twenty-four hour access period applies whether your subscription is billed monthly or annually; annual subscribers receive the same monthly report allowance, with reporting access resetting at the start of each monthly subscription cycle rather than only at annual renewal. A new report on the same person or business cannot be generated until your next applicable monthly reporting allowance becomes available.

3. Subject availability requirement

Reports can be run only on a person or business whose identity (verified by SSN, ITIN, or FEIN) has an established HOD Score file. If no file exists, the system does not accept the run. Instead, you are prompted to notify the person or business to activate their HOD Score by opening a free Hub or Dub account, where they can view and monitor their own score in real time. Hub or Dub never discloses whether an identifier exists in the system beyond what is necessary to process your request.

4. Individual Use Certification (Non-FCRA Purposes)

As a condition of HOD Run+, you certify, for every report you run, that:

  • You are an individual acting for yourself, not on behalf of any employer, landlord, creditor, insurer, or other business;
  • Your purpose is strictly personal — for example, learning about someone you met socially, someone you plan to date, a roommate you found yourself, or a small seller you are buying from directly;
  • You will not use any report or score, in whole or in part, for employment decisions (hiring, promotion, reassignment, retention), credit or lending decisions, tenant screening or housing decisions, insurance underwriting or eligibility, government licensing or benefits eligibility, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act as an eligibility determination;
  • You will not resell, redisclose, or publish any report, except as required by law;
  • You understand that misuse is a material breach of this agreement, may violate federal and state law, and may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement or regulators.

If you need reports for any FCRA-regulated purpose, you must use HOD Pro+ under a certified permissible purpose. Hub or Dub reserves the right to decline, reverse, or investigate any run that appears inconsistent with this certification.

5. Free trial and conversion

New HOD Run+ subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically to the paid plan you selected and your payment method is charged at the then-current rate published on the pricing page. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person.

6. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, per person, at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of purchase or renewal.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time in account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; no partial-term refunds are provided except where required by law.
  • On cancellation you keep your free account and your own score visibility; the ability to run reports on others ends at the close of the paid term.

7. Consumer rights preserved

HOD Run+ never reduces the rights of any report subject. Every person and business retains free access to their own file, disclosure, dispute, and correction rights under the FCRA and applicable state law.
