Disclosure Policy & Right to Refuse Service

Hub or Dub is a 100% privately owned and operated company. The terms below apply to every request for HOD Scores, HOD Reports, user information, or any other data we hold.

Privately owned & operated

Hub or Dub Inc. is 100% privately held. We are not a government agency, a public records bureau, or a data broker that resells information on demand.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to refuse any request for free access to HOD Scores, HOD Reports, user information, or other data , at our sole discretion.

Court order required

Disclosure of user information will only be considered on receipt of a valid, verifiable court order signed by a legitimate sitting judge , for example, a subpoena, court order, search warrant, grand jury subpoena, or other legally enforceable process issued under applicable law.

30-day minimum notice

Every request requires a minimum of 30 days notice from submission. We do not provide same-day, emergency, or expedited disclosure outside of an exigent-circumstances order from a judge.

What we will not do

  • Provide HOD Scores, Reports, or any user information for free upon informal request.
  • Disclose data in response to a phone call, email, or letter that is not accompanied by a legally enforceable order.
  • Bypass the 30-day notice window without a judge-signed exigent-circumstances order.
  • Confirm or deny the existence of any specific account outside the formal legal-request process.
