Your rights

Your data. Your rights. Everywhere Hub or Dub operates in the U.S.

Hub or Dub™ is a United States-only reputation platform, available across all 50 states and U.S. territories. Every individual and business may be assigned a HOD Score and HOD Report, and every one of them keeps a durable set of rights over how that information is sourced, used, corrected, and shared, in strict alignment with applicable federal and state consumer reporting laws.

Rights honored across the U.S.·Manual back-office review·Verified sources only
Every user, every business

Six rights you always hold.

Right to access

Request a complete copy of every HOD Report, HOD Score, source citation, and derived signal Hub or Dub holds about you. Delivered in a portable, human-readable format.

Right to correct

Dispute any finding, indicator, or signal you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or misattributed. Every dispute is manually reviewed by the Back Office and re-evidenced before resolution.

Right to delete

Withdraw consent and request deletion of your account and associated non-public data, subject to lawful retention obligations we must observe as a consumer reporting agency.

Right to portability

Export your HOD data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can take it with you at any time.

Right to object & restrict

Object to specific processing activities, restrict automated decision inputs, and opt out of non-essential communications, analytics, and cookies at any time.

Right to fair, evidence-based reporting

Every HOD Score is calculated from verified public information, using the same criteria for every person and business, with no identity-based weighting.

Regulatory alignment

Aligned with the frameworks that govern your data.

Hub or Dub is designed and maintained in strict alignment with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer reporting laws and regulations. This includes lawful data sourcing, proper consent and usage standards, fair and accurate reporting practices, user rights to dispute and correct information, and ongoing compliance with all relevant frameworks governing consumer information systems.

Plans and your rights

No plan buys its way around your rights.

No plan, tier, add-on, seat count, service level, or negotiated term sold by Hub or Dub reduces, waives, delays, or circumvents any right afforded to consumers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), Regulation V (12 C.F.R. Part 1022), or any other applicable federal or territorial law. HOD Enterprise+ is not an exception. Every consumer keeps the same rights to free file disclosure, dispute, reinvestigation, correction, deletion of unverifiable information, notice of adverse action, and a record of who accessed their file, regardless of which plan the requesting party holds or how much that party pays.

Who can see your file

Free accounts and My HOD+ members may view, monitor, dispute, and correct only their own HOD Score and HOD Report. Obtaining a report about another person or business requires HOD Run+, HOD Pro+, or HOD Enterprise+, together with identity verification and a recorded permissible purpose for every request. Only HOD Pro+ and HOD Enterprise+ may obtain consumer reports for FCRA-covered eligibility decisions.

Accuracy and reinvestigation

Hub or Dub follows reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information in every HOD Report, as required by FCRA § 607(b). Nothing enters an HOD Score or HOD Report until our Investigation Team verifies it against source evidence. When a consumer disputes an item, we reinvestigate free of charge, generally within 30 days (45 days where the consumer submits additional information during the period), record the results, correct or delete anything that cannot be verified, and notify the consumer in writing. Items deleted or corrected are not reinserted unless the furnisher recertifies accuracy and we notify the consumer.
