Your privacy rights
Hub or Dub complies with the U.S. state consumer privacy laws in effect where you live. Below is a plain-English summary of rights and how to exercise them. Hub or Dub is a U.S. consumer reporting agency operating in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a U.S. consumer reporting agency regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and some rights (like a full deletion of records maintained for an authorized purpose) may be subject to Hub or Dub's published retention standards.
Hub or Dub treats a valid Sec-GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale/share and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising for revenue, but we will still record and honor your GPC preference where applicable.
Signed-in users can submit and track privacy requests in the Privacy Center. We respond within 45 days (with one 45-day extension permitted where allowed by state law).

Separate from state privacy law, Hub or Dub holds itself to the following standard, consistent with the FCRA, for every HOD Report and HOD Score:
- You have the right to one free file disclosure every 12 months.
- You can dispute inaccurate information; we will reinvestigate within 30 days.
- You are entitled to a decision notice when a business uses a Hub or Dub report to take an adverse decision against you.
- Certain information (e.g., non-conviction records over 7 years, bankruptcies over 10 years) is filtered from HOD Reports.
