Your privacy rights
Hub or Dub complies with the U.S. state consumer privacy laws in effect where you live. Below is a plain-English summary of rights and how to exercise them. Because Hub or Dub also operates as a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA, some rights (like a full deletion of records maintained for FCRA-permitted purposes) may be subject to statutory retention requirements.
Hub or Dub treats a valid Sec-GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale/share and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising for revenue, but we will still record and honor your GPC preference where applicable.
Signed-in users can submit and track privacy requests in the Privacy Center. We respond within 45 days (with one 45-day extension permitted where allowed by state law).

As a consumer reporting agency, Hub or Dub is separately subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. That means:
- You have the right to one free file disclosure every 12 months (§ 1681j).
- You can dispute inaccurate information; we will reinvestigate within 30 days (§ 1681i).
- You are entitled to an adverse action notice when a business uses a Hub or Dub report to take an adverse action against you (§ 1681m).
- Certain information (e.g., non-conviction records over 7 years, bankruptcies over 10 years) is filtered from consumer reports (§ 1681c).
