Pay-as-you-go, no subscription. A verified business pays $39.99 per HOD Personal Report (subject is a person) and $99.99 per HOD Business Report (subject is a business). There is no monthly fee, no seat charge, and no minimum commitment.

Who can run a report on someone else?

Only verified businesses with a certified FCRA permissible purpose, such as employment, tenancy, or credit decisions. Individuals cannot run reports on other people or businesses under any circumstance. This keeps person-to-person surveillance off the platform by design.

How does a business get verified?

Accepted Answer

A business completes identity and entity verification (FEIN, beneficial owner check) and certifies its permissible purpose before its first report. Once verified, the business account can purchase HOD Personal Reports and HOD Business Reports on a pay-as-you-go basis, no subscription required.

What can a verified business account not be used for?

Accepted Answer

A verified business account may only pull a report under a certified permissible purpose. It may never be used for personal curiosity, harassment, or any purpose outside the certified use. Every pull is logged with the requesting account, purpose, and timestamp.

Yes. Once your free account is claimed, every consumer and business can log verified life events in real time through My Life Events. Choose from hundreds of predefined categories (new job, promotion, home purchase, lease signed, degree earned, license issued, court case closed, business milestone, community service, and more), upload supporting evidence, and our Back Office team reviews every submission before it moves your score. Each entry in My Life Events tells you exactly what to attach — a signed offer letter and paystub for a new job, closing disclosure for a home purchase, court order for a case closure, transcript for a degree. Approved evidence updates your HOD Score in real time. Fraudulent self-reports are logged, reversed, and can lock the account.

Are HOD Scores automatically generated?

No. Hub or Dub is investigator-led, not a scraper. HOD Scores and HOD Reports are researched, reviewed, validated, documented, and updated by our Investigation Team using authorized verification, subscriber-submitted documentation, references, court-record research, business records, and other verifiable sources. Technology routes the work; humans make the call.

What happens when I claim my HOD Score?

Your account is automatically routed into our secure back-office investigation queue and a required manual review is opened. An investigator reviews everything you submitted and runs a comprehensive reputation and background review to identify, corroborate, document, and verify reportable information before anything is reflected in your HOD Score or profile.

How often is my account re-investigated?

At least once every 3 months. Every active consumer account is automatically placed into a mandatory comprehensive review cycle that creates a recurring investigation task: re-evaluate the account, review new documentation, identify new HOD Drops, verify existing information, resolve discrepancies where possible, and update the HOD Score and report as appropriate.

Does it cost anything to submit a HOD Drop?

No. Submitting a HOD Drop is 100% free for every user, on every plan — no fees, no card required. Self-reporting is strictly for information about you; third-party submissions through the self-reporting workflow are blocked. Every submission is routed through intake, review, verification, documentation, and investigation before it can affect a HOD Score or report.

Only verified, real-time reports, evidence, and publicly available findings on people and businesses nationwide. Every submission is backed by verifiable evidence and manually reviewed by Back Office before it publishes or moves a score. Unverified, speculative, or unsupported information is never used.

Continuously, in real time. As newly verified reports, evidence, investigations, and public findings are confirmed by Back Office, scores update immediately. There is no fixed refresh schedule — the score you see always reflects the most current verified information available.

Can a score go up or down at any time?

Yes. Because HOD Scores are evidence-driven and continuously verified, they may increase or decrease the moment new verified information is confirmed. Positive verified conduct raises scores; substantiated negative findings lower them until sufficient verified positive conduct demonstrates meaningful improvement over time.

Why can't I raise my score just by waiting?

Time alone, inactivity, or a single positive report will not lift a HOD Score. Excellent scores require a consistent, verified history of trustworthy conduct, credible evidence, and real-world positive experiences, with no substantiated negative findings sitting against you.

What does HOD Intelligence analyze?

Only publicly available information plus verified user-submitted reports with evidence. Public profiles, news, court dockets, regulatory records, business filings, licensing boards, and firsthand reports backed by receipts, contracts, photos, video, or documents. No private databases, no paywalled content, no anonymous opinions.

What identifiers do I need to run a report?

For individuals: full legal name, date of birth, and SSN or ITIN. For businesses: legal business name and FEIN. We do not use social handles, usernames, emails, phone numbers, or profile links. Reports are identity-verified only.

Do you search by email, phone, or social handle?

Accepted Answer

No. HOD Reports are generated only from verified legal identity. Social handles, usernames, emails, and phone numbers can be uploaded as evidence during a claim, but they are never the basis of a report lookup.

What if the subject is outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Hub or Dub is exclusively available in the United States and all U.S. territories. We only report on people and businesses identified by a U.S. SSN, ITIN, or FEIN.

How is the Trust / Review / Decline verdict decided?

The verdict combines the HOD Score, court history, fake-account count, regulatory and licensing history, sentiment trend, authenticity, and consistency. Each verdict comes with the reason behind it.

Can a score be edited, challenged, or purchased?

No. Scores cannot be voted on and cannot be paid to influence. Movement only happens through verified evidence reviewed by Back Office. Disputes are handled through the formal dispute process with supporting evidence.

What if my SSN or national ID already exists in the system?

That's the point. Every person and every business gets one permanent HOD profile nationwide. When you run a lookup, we match on a salted SHA-256 hash of your identifier. If a profile exists, we route you to identity verification so you can claim it. New verified evidence flows into that same profile in real time. No duplicates. No forks across jurisdictions.

Is my SSN, FEIN, or national ID stored?

The raw value is normalized, salted, and SHA-256 hashed for lookup, then AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest server-side with a key you cannot access. Only the last four characters are stored in plain form for display ("ending in ••1234"). The full value is never logged, never returned to the browser, and never visible to Hub or Dub staff outside authorized privileged operations.

Can I have more than one HOD profile?

No. One person, one business, one permanent nationwide profile. The nationwide identity registry prevents duplicate or conflicting records across jurisdictions. Every authorized signal from every U.S. state and territory updates the same profile in real time.

Who can look up my identity?

Accepted Answer

Only authenticated, verified business accounts with a certified permissible purpose. Every lookup is logged with the user, timestamp, purpose, IP, and match result. Rate limits apply. Your audit trail is available to you on request.

Are any purchases refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. All purchases on Hub or Dub are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under every circumstance. This applies to every HOD Personal Report and HOD Business Report purchase. Claiming, viewing, monitoring, and disputing your own HOD Score and HOD Report is always free. Once a paid charge is completed it cannot be canceled, refunded, credited, exchanged, or transferred, regardless of whether the report has been viewed, downloaded, or used. What happens if my business account loses its verified status?

If a business account is suspended, terminated, or fails re-verification, it can no longer purchase or run reports on other parties from that date. Fees already paid for delivered reports are not refunded, prorated, or credited. The business keeps its own free self-monitoring account for its own HOD Score at no cost, and can restore report access by completing verification again.
