What happens before a charge?
1. Verify the business and purpose
Identity, authority, required agreements, and FCRA permissible purpose must clear.
2. Confirm the subject is active
An unclaimed or inactive subject cannot be purchased or run. Send a claim invitation, then return after activation.
3. Run the approved report
Payment and review safeguards apply. Your purchase gives up to 30 calendar days of access.

Can I run a report on someone else?
Only verified businesses with a certified FCRA permissible purpose may purchase reports on others. Individuals may access only their own score and report.
What if the subject has not activated?
Purchase and running are blocked. The requesting business can send a secure email invitation. Once activation completes, the business is notified and can return to its saved request.
How long can my business view a purchased report?
Up to 30 calendar days from purchase. After access ends, repurchase and certify a permissible purpose again. Your own file remains free.
Does payment change a score?
No. Scores are calculated by the system from evidence cleared through manual review. Payment, account type, and business volume cannot improve a score or bypass review.
Hub or Dub is a U.S. consumer reporting agency operating under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Individuals cannot purchase reports on other people. Every report purchase requires a verified business and a permissible purpose certified at the time of purchase. Consumers may request their file, dispute inaccurate information, and receive notice of adverse action, free of charge. Read your FCRA rights.
Each purchased HOD Report stays available to your business for up to 30 calendar days from purchase. After that, access ends and the report must be repurchased.
This applies to every charge on the platform, including HOD Personal Report and HOD Business Report purchases. Once a purchase is completed it cannot be canceled, refunded, credited, exchanged, transferred to another person or account, or applied toward a future purchase, regardless of whether the report has been viewed, downloaded, or used. This policy does not limit any right you have under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other applicable law, including free access to and disputes of your own file. You must acknowledge and agree to these terms before completing any purchase on Hub or Dub.
