What the initial fee includes

• Exclusive authorization to establish and operate one approved HOD Agency location within an assigned territory
• Official Independent Operator certification and initial training
• Authorized rights to use Hub or Dub trademarks, branding, proprietary systems, intellectual property and approved operating materials
• Initial technology configuration and business onboarding
• Full access to the HOD Operator dashboard and supporting infrastructure
• Ongoing operational assistance and access to standard operator resources
• A private, furnished, custom-branded Regus office space

You may instead identify, establish and operate your own approved physical location within your assigned territory. If you do, you are responsible for all leasing, furnishing, construction, utilities, staffing and other location-related expenses.

2. Complete application and acknowledgment of the fee, forfeiture, withdrawal and renewal policies
3. $5,000 deposit paid before the application is submitted, reviewed or processed
4. Back Office review and approval

Non-refundable payment disclosure. If the $20,000 balance is not paid within 7 calendar days of approval, the application is automatically voided and canceled, the approval is terminated, and all amounts paid are forfeited. If the application is denied or withdrawn, all deposits and fees paid are non-refundable and forfeited. Payment never guarantees approval, income, territory or leads.

What the initial fee includes

• Official HOD Certified Provider designation and certification
• Initial professional instruction and training
• Required examination and qualification assessment
• Official digital credentials and identification
• Access to the Certified Provider dashboard
• Authorized HOD and sponsoring-agency co-branded marketing materials
• Access to the HOD professional network and approved provider resources
• Eligibility to apply for Independent Operator status after at least 12 months as a Certified Provider, subject to separate application, review, qualifications, approval and licensing requirements

1. Invitation from a licensed sponsoring HOD Agency
2. Verified adult Hub or Dub account and complete application
3. $300 deposit paid by the sponsoring agency through its agency account; the invite is sent and the application can be submitted only after payment is confirmed
4. Back Office review, required examination and qualification assessment

Non-refundable payment disclosure. If the agency does not pay the $1,200 balance within 7 calendar days of approval, the application is voided and the approval canceled; the outstanding balance remains the agency's responsibility under the agency payment terms. If the application is denied or withdrawn for any reason, all fees paid are forfeited and the remaining balance is no longer owed. Payment never guarantees approval, income, territory or leads.
