Real work. Real-world evidence.

What providers actually do.

The work happens through people, places, paper records, observation, and documented interaction. Every service must be authorized, lawful, and within the provider's active qualifications.

Serve the user in real time

Stay present, complete the approved workflow, and route anyone outside your scope to support.

Identity & information verification

Confirm identity, review physical records, and document what can be supported.

Field verification

Observe conditions, conduct authorized interviews, and preserve evidence through approved workflows.

Business inspections

Walk through physical locations and document operating conditions when an authorized service calls for it.

Documentation

Create complete, timely records that can stand up to quality review, disputes, and audits.

Authorized investigations, reputation intelligence services, inspections, and field work are available only where the provider's assignment, qualifications, applicable law, and current program authorization allow them.

Your operating lane

Onboard your users. Serve your users. Stay delegated.

The main responsibility of HOD Certified Providers and HOD Independent Operators is to find and onboard new users and fulfill all general services Hub or Dub offers in real time only for users they onboarded and their agency is actively delegated to.

01

Find and onboard

Bring new users into Hub or Dub through approved, documented onboarding workflows.

02

Confirm active delegation

Check that the user belongs to your onboarding record and your agency delegation is active before service begins.

03

Fulfill in real time

Complete the authorized general service through official systems and preserve the service record as it happens.

Outside that relationship? Stop and route.

All other users are required to contact support. Providers and operators may not open, access, accept, or fulfill service for users outside their verified onboarding and active agency delegation.

What providers are responsible for

  • Find and onboard new Hub or Dub users through approved, documented channels.
  • Fulfill authorized Hub or Dub services in real time only for users you personally onboarded and only while your agency has an active Back Office delegation.
  • Direct every other user to Hub or Dub support. Never access, accept, or service an account outside your verified onboarding and delegation scope.
  • Make truthful representations about Hub or Dub, your status, and the work you are authorized to perform.
  • Verify identity and preserve evidence integrity without fabricating, changing, or hiding material information.
  • Protect confidential information, follow security procedures, and use official channels for every record.
  • Treat consumers, businesses, coworkers, and property with respect during every interaction.
  • Disclose conflicts, escalate uncertainty, report incidents promptly, and cooperate with disputes and audits.
  • Keep documentation complete, accurate, timely, and available for quality review.

What Hub or Dub provides

  • Approved workflows, provider platform access, and a controlled certification infrastructure.
  • Training and orientation requirements that stay current as standards change.
  • Reputation intelligence, verification, reporting, and evidence-review processes.
  • Administrative tools for status, agreements, documentation, quality review, and payment records.
  • Secure ticket and email support routed into the centralized Back Office queue.
  • Documented quality controls, audit history, and escalation pathways.
The operating standard

Trust is built in the record.

Standing depends on consistent conduct, not a single good outcome. The system records what happened and who authorized it.

Evidence integrity

No fabrication, alteration, concealment, or unsupported conclusion.

Confidentiality & security

Sensitive information stays in approved, access-controlled systems.

Professional conduct

Respect people, property, boundaries, and every lawful instruction.

Conflict control

Disclose conflicts, decline unauthorized work, and escalate uncertainty.

Incident escalation

Report safety, security, conduct, and evidence concerns through official channels.

Audit cooperation

Maintain records and cooperate with quality reviews, disputes, and corrective action.

Prohibited conduct
  • Not employment. You are an independent contractor with no wages, hours, or employee benefits.
  • No income guarantee. Compensation is commission-based and variable.
  • No leads, customers, appointments, or volume are promised or provided.
  • No exclusive or protected territory. No franchise.
  • No influence over any HOD Score. Scores are system-calculated after human verification.
  • No government affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of any kind.
What the credential means

A provider credential means the person cleared the current program gates and holds active standing. It is not a government license, promise of work, endorsement of every act, or authority to alter an HOD Score.

Status can be restricted, suspended, revoked, or ended under the governing agreements. Current status belongs in the provider profile and Agency Network, not in a static claim.

Verify network status
Compensation without the hype

Commission-based. Variable. Recorded.

Provider compensation is commission-based and variable. There is no salary, no hourly pay, no guaranteed minimum, and no promised result. Many providers earn nothing. Read the Earnings Disclosure before you apply.

Certification fee
$500 one time

One time, due only after your application is approved. It includes required training, the initial certification assessment, your digital certificate, your physical certificate, the verified HOD Provider credential and badge, your provider directory listing and profile, and initial certification materials. After that, renewal is $250 per year, re-certification is $150 per re-certification, and an assessment retake is $150 per retake. Fees are non-refundable once the service is initiated or delivered. It is not a purchase of leads, customers, territory, or employment.

Business model
Independent contractor

Providers are responsible for their own taxes, eligible expenses, insurance where required, and other business obligations.

Payout control
Agreement governed

Approved commissions, holds, adjustments, reversals, payout status, and disputes are recorded in the provider system.

No earnings figure is published here without substantiated program records. Geography, workload, status, business activity, customer demand, expenses, qualifications, and availability can materially affect results. No fee, certification, or status guarantees assignments, customers, income, territory, or profitability.
Before you apply

Know the gates before you step in.

The application is secure, review-driven, and separate from a consumer Hub or Dub account.

Minimum requirements

  • 18 or older, legally able to work in the United States.
  • A separate provider account. Your consumer Hub or Dub account stays separate from provider access.
  • Government-issued ID and a live face match, reviewed by a human.
  • Background screening and drug screening, maintained for as long as you hold certification.
  • Interview with the provider desk.
  • Signed provider agreements, including the Earnings Disclosure.
  • Multi-factor authentication on your provider account.
  • Every required training module complete, and kept current as standards change.

Sensitive information stays in the right lane

The ordinary application does not ask you to type an SSN, ITIN, EIN, or raw bank credentials. Identity documents are collected separately in a private verified step. Payment and payout information must use the approved processor or tokenized setup when required.

Hub or Dub collects only what the applicable provider requirement needs, records required consent, restricts access by role, and maintains audit history for submissions, reviews, agreements, payments, disputes, standing, and security events.
