A HOD Score is a 0 to 1,000 measurement assembled from credible, verifiable evidence across public records and real-world sources, read and confirmed by people before it counts. Here is exactly what contributes, how much, and where the limits are.

Before anything is measured, we confirm the subject is who the record says they are. Identity is matched against government-issued documentation and authoritative registries, never against a self-declared profile.
Weights describe how much a fully verified layer can influence a score. Nothing reaches full weight without confirmation, and every layer can be reduced by contradicting evidence, a favorable disposition, or age.

Hub or Dub holds sole discretion over its business operations, methodologies, verification processes, reputation scoring systems, technology, policies, personnel, and organizational decisions. No political figure, government agency, public official, private individual, organization, or other outside party has authority to dictate, influence, alter, or suppress what Hub or Dub does. Any request seeking protected information, records, data, or other compelled action must be supported by a valid, properly issued, legally enforceable court order or other judicial process signed by a duly authorized judge, and Hub or Dub independently evaluates validity, jurisdiction, scope, authenticity, and enforceability before taking action.
