Hub or Dub Inc. is an independent private company and has no direct partnership, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, agency relationship, contractual relationship, or other formal relationship with any federal, state, local, territorial, or foreign government, government agency, governmental authority, or foreign governmental entity, unless expressly disclosed in writing by Hub or Dub. Nothing in any Hub or Dub service, report, score, account, or communication constitutes governmental approval, certification, endorsement, or affiliation, and all users remain solely responsible for their own decisions and uses of Hub or Dub information.
Hub or Dub holds sole discretion over its business operations, methodologies, verification processes, reputation scoring systems, technology, policies, personnel, and organizational decisions. No political figure, government agency, public official, private individual, organization, or other outside party has authority to dictate, influence, alter, or suppress what Hub or Dub does. Any request seeking protected information, records, data, or other compelled action must be supported by a valid, properly issued, legally enforceable court order or other judicial process signed by a duly authorized judge, and Hub or Dub independently evaluates validity, jurisdiction, scope, authenticity, and enforceability before taking action.
