Hub or Dub protects the platform, the pipeline, and the reports. Individuals and businesses are responsible for how they use HOD Scores in their own decisions and for keeping their account credentials safe. Enterprise partners are additionally responsible for their configured intake links, permissible-purpose flags, and downstream disclosures.
Global identity registry
Every person and every business has one permanent HOD profile worldwide. Reports are matched in real time by SSN, FEIN, or the equivalent national identifier for the subject's country. Identifiers are normalized, salted, and SHA-256 hashed for lookup, then AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest with a key held outside the database. Only the last four characters appear in the UI. Every lookup is logged with a permissible purpose. This eliminates duplicate or conflicting reports across jurisdictions and gives regulators, subjects, and authorized users a single source of truth.
Hub or Dub operates worldwide in strict alignment with applicable federal, state, and international consumer reporting laws, including FCRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, LGPD, and equivalent frameworks.
