Hub or Dub protects the platform, the pipeline, and the reports. Individuals and businesses are responsible for how they use HOD Scores in their own decisions and for keeping their account credentials safe. Enterprise partners are additionally responsible for their configured intake links, permissible-purpose flags, and downstream disclosures.
Nationwide identity registry
Every person and every business has one permanent HOD profile nationwide. Reports are matched in real time by SSN or FEIN. Identifiers are normalized, salted, and SHA-256 hashed for lookup, then AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest with a key held outside the database. Only the last four characters appear in the UI. Every lookup is logged with a permissible purpose. This eliminates duplicate or conflicting reports across states and gives regulators, subjects, and authorized users a single source of truth.
Hub or Dub operates exclusively within the United States, in strict alignment with applicable federal and state consumer reporting laws, including the FCRA, FACTA, GLBA, and applicable state privacy and consumer reporting statutes.
