What is a HOD Drop?
A HOD Drop is verified information about yourself, your business, or another person or business that may contribute to a HOD Report. Every submission must be supported by credible evidence and is manually reviewed by the Hub or Dub Investigation Team before it can be approved.
Submitting HOD Drops means providing Hub or Dub with verified information about yourself, your business, another person, or another business that may contribute to a HOD Report™. HOD Drops help create a more complete, evidence-backed representation of an individual's or business's real-time reputation. Every HOD Drop must be supported by credible, verifiable documentation and/or clear images or videos sufficient to substantiate the information being submitted. All HOD Drops are manually reviewed and verified by the Hub or Dub Investigation Team before they can be approved and added to a HOD Report™; submissions that cannot be independently substantiated, verified, or meet Hub or Dub's requirements will be rejected and are non-refundable. Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally manipulated information is strictly prohibited. Whether you are documenting your own history, strengthening your business profile, or submitting verified evidence concerning another person or business, every HOD Drop should be factual, relevant, accurate, and supported by evidence.

Hub or Dub Inc. is a U.S. consumer reporting agency operating in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Information you submit here may be used to prepare HOD Reports and is handled under Hub or Dub's published privacy, retention, and consumer-protection standards and applicable state privacy laws.
- Authorized purpose
Reports about another person or business may only be obtained for a documented and consented authorized purpose, by an account certified for that purpose. Submitting a HOD Drop does not grant you access to any report.
- Accuracy obligations
You must submit information that is complete, current, and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you must promptly notify us if you learn that something you submitted is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Authorization and disclosure
Submit only information you are legally permitted to share. Do not submit information obtained unlawfully, in violation of a confidentiality obligation, or in violation of a court order or sealed record.
- Your rights and disputes
The subject of a HOD Drop may request their file, dispute any item free of charge, and have a reinvestigation performed. Items that cannot be verified are deleted or corrected. Disputes are reviewed by a person.
- Confidentiality and data handling
Identifiers are encrypted server-side, access is role-restricted and logged, and your contact details are kept confidential and used only to verify your submission. Evidence is retained under our retention schedule.
- No guaranteed outcome
Hub or Dub makes no representation that a submission will be accepted, published, or reflected in any HOD Score™. Scores are system-calculated from verified evidence only, and no fee changes any review outcome.
- Prohibited uses
Information may not be collected, submitted, accessed, or used to harass, intimidate, retaliate, stalk, discriminate, or make any decision prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
- Adverse action
If a report is used in whole or in part for a decision adverse to a consumer, the user of that report is responsible for providing any notices required under applicable state law.
Submitting information does not entitle you to obtain an HOD Report about anyone. Reports may only be obtained and used for a documented and consented authorized purpose, and never to harass, retaliate, discriminate, stalk, or make a decision prohibited by law. - Eligible categories, where legally permitted, include evictions, unpaid utility accounts, court orders, criminal charges, and other documented events.
- Do not submit information you are not legally permitted to disclose, including sealed, expunged, or confidential records.
- Investigators apply Hub or Dub evidence standards and may accept, reject, or request more documentation. No outcome is guaranteed.

Fraudulent, retaliatory, fabricated, knowingly false, misleading, manipulated, or falsified claims, evidence, information, and reporting are strictly prohibited. Hub or Dub reserves every right and remedy available under applicable law, including seeking $1,000,000 per instance where legally enforceable and referring suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate law-enforcement authorities. Nothing is published or scored unless independently reviewed, supported by appropriate evidence, and documented by authorized Back Office investigators.
