Effective October 1, 2026 · Version 2026-10-01.1
HOD Drop Agreement
Verified account required
Every HOD Drop must come from an active, verification-cleared Hub or Dub account. Your verified account identity, signature, timestamps, and request metadata are attached to the submission and permanently locked from editing.
Truthfulness and lawful evidence
You certify that you are directly involved, that every statement is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that every document, link, image, video, recording, and other evidence is authentic, lawfully obtained, and not misleadingly altered.
Strictly prohibited conduct
Fraudulent, retaliatory, fabricated, knowingly false, misleading, manipulated, or falsified claims, evidence, information, or reporting are strictly prohibited. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, unlawful disclosure, and attempts to manipulate any HOD Score are also prohibited.
Review, publication, and disputes
A submission is only an allegation while pending. It cannot appear on a HOD Report or affect a HOD Score unless authorized Back Office investigators independently review it, find appropriate evidence, document source attribution and required checkpoints, and approve release. Subjects retain all applicable access, correction, and dispute rights.
Rights and remedies
Hub or Dub reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including rejecting or removing submissions, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving evidence, seeking $1,000,000 per instance where legally enforceable, and referring suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
Electronic signature
Typing your legal name and selecting acceptance creates your legally binding electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state electronic-transactions law. The signed version is retained in your Document Vault and audit record.
