No human hand on the number. HOD Scores are calculated entirely by the system from manually verified information. No user, and no Back Office employee, can manually alter, configure, inflate, or manipulate a score or its calculation.
You cannot buy, farm, or fast-track a HOD Score. Signing up, uploading documents, paying a balance, filing a dispute, or reporting on yourself earns exactly zero points. Points come from real-world conduct that independent sources can back up, shown over time.
Nothing submitted to Hub or Dub affects a HOD Score until the Back Office has manually reviewed and acted on it. Unanswered or unprocessed matters produce no scoring change.
Consumers are never penalized for exercising their right to dispute information. A dispute, correction request, or file-access request is not evidence of poor character or reputation and is never scored as adverse information. Information under a reasonable investigation is suppressed from scoring until the investigation concludes, and information that cannot be verified is corrected or deleted.
This is not a help desk add-on. It is how Hub or Dub works. A score you cannot understand is not useful, and a report you cannot challenge is not fair. So every user gets a specialist who explains the record, flags what looks disputable, walks the evidence in with you, and helps you build real, verifiable standing.
