Collect relevant public information
We gather publicly available information tied to one verified identity, never to a username, handle, or guess. Court and civil records, licensing and registry filings, business records, sanctions and watchlist screening, and authorized background and credit-related screening where legally permissible.
A documented record, not an opinion poll.
The HOD Score™ measures what can be proven: verified records, documented activity, and corroborated HOD Drops. No reviews, no votes, no self-reported claims, and it cannot be bought.
Everyone starts at 0 and builds upward from verified evidence. Scores move as evidence is verified, as older items age, and as disputes resolve. Consumers view, monitor, and dispute their own score free. Reports on anyone else require HOD Run+ for personal decisions, or a verified HOD Pro+ or HOD Enterprise+ account with a certified permissible purpose for FCRA-covered decisions.
Scores update as new evidence clears review.
Every active account is re-investigated at least every 3 months.
Permissible purpose certified and logged on every report.
Anything collected but not yet reviewed. It is not a fact, not a finding, and it never appears on a HOD Report.
Information traced to a real source, dated, categorized, and attached to the correct verified identity. Still not scored.
Evidence a human investigator approved and the framework weighted. Only scoring inputs can move a score.
One standardized number from 0 to 1,000 summarizing every approved scoring input, delivered with citations and context.
How verified evidence gets weighted.
Two approved findings rarely carry the same weight. Once an investigator validates an item, we score its strength across six factors. Weak, stale, or contradicted evidence counts for less. Nothing is weighted by who is asking or who is paying.
A court order, licensing body, or government registry outweighs a secondary mention.
Two independent sources, or one authoritative record, carry full weight.
Recent evidence weighs more. Age reduces weight rather than erasing history.
It has to speak to reputation or reliability. Unrelated data is not an input.
One isolated item and a repeated pattern are treated very differently.
Resolved matters, corrections, and successful disputes are reflected.
Everyone starts at 0. Reputation is earned.
No file opens with a number already on it. You establish it by claiming your identity, you build it with documentation a person can check, an investigator decides what counts, and the system releases the verified result. Then it keeps developing for as long as the account is active.
Identity established, score opens at 0
A file cannot exist without a verified identity behind it. Once that identity is confirmed, the file opens. Every file opens the same way: at zero.
- Government ID plus identity verification before any file opens
- Businesses verify legal name, FEIN, standing, and authorized signer
- No score is ever inherited, imported, or scraped from elsewhere
- Nobody, including Hub or Dub staff, can start a file above 0
No file opens with a number already on it. Zero is the only starting point that exists.
Nothing submitted to Hub or Dub affects a HOD Score until the Back Office has manually reviewed and acted on it. Unanswered or unprocessed matters produce no scoring change.
No human hand on the number. HOD Scores are calculated entirely by the system from manually verified information. No user, and no Back Office employee, can manually alter, configure, inflate, or manipulate a score or its calculation.
One record. Seven ways to stand in it.
People and businesses enter Hub or Dub through different doors and carry different rights. Pick a lane to see who qualifies, how onboarding and verification run, how a HOD Score™ is created or claimed, what can be reported and investigated, how reputation develops, and exactly where that lane stops.
Unclaimed profile
A file exists. Nobody has stepped forward yet.
- Eligibility
- Any person or business that appears in a verified reporting or a lawfully accessible public record can have an unclaimed profile. There is no age, plan, or payment requirement to claim one, other than the platform-wide 18+ rule for the person doing the claiming.
- Onboarding
- An unclaimed profile is created when the first item routes to it. Nothing is published until review clears. The subject claims it by creating a free account and passing identity verification.
- Verification
- Until it is claimed, an unclaimed profile carries only reviewed items with a documented source. Claiming binds the profile to a verified identity so nobody else can speak for it.
- HOD Score
- An unclaimed profile shows an unclaimed state rather than a finished number. Once claimed and verified, the score starts at 0 and is built from verified evidence only.
- Reporting
- The subject cannot submit anything until the profile is claimed. Third parties may submit HOD Drops about the subject, and every one goes through review before it can appear.
- Investigation
- Every routed item enters the centralized Back Office queue. Investigators verify or reject it before it is ever attached to the profile.
- Reputation development
- Nothing develops until someone claims the file. Claiming is what turns a passive record into a maintained, disputable, improvable reputation.
- In the ecosystem
- Unclaimed profiles are the front door. Claiming converts them into a free account, which is the base every other plan is built on.
- Free to claim, no card required
- Claim binds the file to your verified identity
- Everything already on file becomes disputable the moment you claim
- No submissions, disputes, or alerts until claimed
- No visibility into who is watching the file
Every lane runs on the same verified record. Free accounts own and defend their own number, My HOD+ deepens it, HOD Run+ lets an individual verify someone before a personal decision, and HOD Pro+ and HOD Enterprise+ carry FCRA-covered screening for organizations. The evidence standard, the review gate, and the consumer's rights never change between them.
Free accounts and My HOD+ members may view, monitor, dispute, and correct only their own HOD Score and HOD Report. Obtaining a report about another person or business requires HOD Run+, HOD Pro+, or HOD Enterprise+, together with identity verification and a recorded permissible purpose for every request. Only HOD Pro+ and HOD Enterprise+ may obtain consumer reports for FCRA-covered eligibility decisions.
Verified proof. Manually reviewed.
We use authenticated public records and substantiated submissions from verified entities with confirmed firsthand experience. Everything is manually evaluated and cross-checked before it touches a HOD Report™ or a HOD Score™.
Scores are never auto-generated or scraped. Claim your score and a human investigator opens a case, then re-investigates at least every 3 months. Submitting a HOD Drop is 100% free for every user, on every plan.
Every inquiry, ticket, dispute, reporting, claim request, and verification request routes into one centralized Back Office queue, a single real-time workspace where authorized staff review, investigate, approve, reject, resolve, and document every matter. Nothing submitted to Hub or Dub affects a HOD Score until the Back Office has manually reviewed and acted on it. Unanswered or unprocessed matters produce no scoring change. And no one, not you, not us, can hand-edit a score. The system alone calculates it from verified information.

Generated, refreshed, and read correctly.
Nothing enters a score until a human approves it.
Every scoring input starts as an evidence item: a document, a record, a corroborated HOD Drop. An investigator confirms the source, the date, and the identity it belongs to. Approved items are weighted by source strength, recency, and relevance, then summed into one number. Unapproved items are stored with the case file and never touch the score.
- Each input is source-linked and dated.
- Weighting is applied by framework, not by opinion.
- Denied items notify the consumer and stay off the report.
A HOD Score™ summarizes verified evidence at a point in time and is intended to be read alongside the report it came from. It is not a credit score and is not a substitute for any legally required screening.
