Where a subprocessor processes personal information outside your jurisdiction, we rely on adequacy decisions, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the Swiss FADP addendum, or comparable mechanisms, supplemented by additional technical and organizational measures.

Enterprise customers may subscribe to advance notifications of material additions to this list by writing to privacy@hubordub.com. Objections to a new subprocessor may be raised within the notice period as provided in the applicable order form or data-processing addendum.
