Reports may only be requested for a permissible purpose, and HOD Run+ may not be used to make employment, tenancy, credit, insurance, or other FCRA-covered eligibility decisions. Businesses making those decisions need HOD Pro+ and its compliance workflows. Every lookup is logged with the requester, timestamp, and stated purpose, and is visible to the subject.
