HOD Enterprise+ Subscriber Agreement

This agreement governs HOD Enterprise+, Hub or Dub's highest-level organizational subscription. It carries the same Fair Credit Reporting Act obligations as HOD Pro+ and supplements the Platform Agreement, Terms of Service, Billing Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Effective July 31, 2026 · Version 2026-07-31.1 · Continuously reconciled against local law

1. What HOD Enterprise+ includes

  • Everything in HOD Pro+, delivered at the highest service level, with My HOD+ bundled for each seat;
  • Enterprise-grade access to the HOD Score ecosystem and enhanced reporting for high-volume use;
  • Unlimited on-demand manual investigation and review requests, at no additional charge;
  • Manual document verification by the Investigation Team and expanded verification and review services;
  • Centralized account management across locations, advanced administrative controls, and a full audit log;
  • Priority handling on every matter and a dedicated priority support channel.

2. Service level changes nothing about consumer protections

No plan, tier, add-on, seat count, service level, or negotiated term sold by Hub or Dub reduces, waives, delays, or circumvents any right afforded to consumers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), Regulation V (12 C.F.R. Part 1022), or any other applicable federal or territorial law. HOD Enterprise+ is not an exception. Every consumer keeps the same rights to free file disclosure, dispute, reinvestigation, correction, deletion of unverifiable information, notice of adverse action, and a record of who accessed their file, regardless of which plan the requesting party holds or how much that party pays.

Enhanced reporting, unlimited investigations, priority handling, and administrative controls affect how your organization is served. They never expand what your organization is permitted to obtain, never shorten a consumer's dispute or reinvestigation rights, and never reduce the disclosures or adverse-action notices required before you act on a report.

3. FCRA Permissible Purpose Certification

Consumer reports are furnished only where a permissible purpose exists under FCRA § 604 (15 U.S.C. § 1681b). Every request on HOD Pro+ and HOD Enterprise+ requires a specific, recorded certification of purpose tied to the requesting seat, with IP address, timestamp, and user agent retained in the audit trail. Hub or Dub may audit certifications, decline requests, and suspend or terminate access for misuse. Requests without a permissible purpose are refused, and no plan can purchase an exemption from this requirement.

As a condition of HOD Enterprise+, your organization certifies that:

  • Every request is preceded by a specific, recorded permissible-purpose certification under FCRA § 604, 15 U.S.C. § 1681b;
  • Where required by law, including FCRA § 604(b) for employment purposes, you obtain the consumer's clear written authorization and provide the required standalone disclosure before requesting a report;
  • Before taking adverse action based in whole or in part on a report, you provide the pre-adverse-action notice, a copy of the report, and the CFPB Summary of Your Rights, followed by a final adverse-action notice naming Hub or Dub, our contact information, and the consumer's dispute rights;
  • Where GLBA-covered nonpublic personal information or DPPA-covered motor-vehicle records may be returned, you hold an independent permissible purpose or permitted use (15 U.S.C. § 6802; 18 U.S.C. § 2721);
  • Reports are not resold or redisclosed except as permitted by law, and are disposed of securely under the FTC Disposal Rule, 16 C.F.R. § 682;
  • Access is limited to authorized, authenticated, named seats, and credentials are never shared.

Hub or Dub may verify certifications, audit usage at any volume, decline any request, and suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse. Volume commitments do not limit these rights.

4. Accuracy, investigation, and dispute obligations

Hub or Dub follows reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information in every HOD Report, as required by FCRA § 607(b). Nothing enters an HOD Score or HOD Report until our Investigation Team verifies it against source evidence. When a consumer disputes an item, we reinvestigate free of charge, generally within 30 days (45 days where the consumer submits additional information during the period), record the results, correct or delete anything that cannot be verified, and notify the consumer in writing. Items deleted or corrected are not reinserted unless the furnisher recertifies accuracy and we notify the consumer.

Your organization must promptly notify Hub or Dub of any information you believe to be inaccurate, must not submit information you know or reasonably believe is inaccurate, and must cooperate with any reinvestigation that involves data your organization furnished. Consumers may dispute at any time through Disputes, corrections and takedowns at no cost, in any plan context.

5. Subject availability requirement

Reports may be run only on a person or business with an established HOD Score file tied to a verified SSN, ITIN, or FEIN. Where no file exists, the request is refused and you are prompted to invite the person or business to activate their HOD Score through a free Hub or Dub account.

6. Billing, seats, and locations

  • HOD Enterprise+ is billed at $3,999/mo or $39,999/yr per location + $159/mo or $1,599/yr per user, at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of purchase or renewal;
  • Unlimited manual investigation and review requests are included at no additional charge;
  • Seats may be reassigned within your organization; simultaneous use of one seat by multiple people is prohibited;
  • New subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial and convert automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends;
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your account or in writing to billing@hubordub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term;
  • Charges are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable as set out in the Billing, Subscriptions and Refund Policy, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law expressly requires otherwise.

7. Organizational responsibilities

  • Designate administrators responsible for seat management, certifications, and compliance across all locations;
  • Train every seat on permissible purpose, disclosure, and adverse-action requirements before granting access;
  • Maintain records of authorizations and adverse-action notices as required by law;
  • Report suspected credential compromise or misuse immediately;
  • Use reports only for the certified purpose, and only for the decision they were requested for.

FCRA status

Billing
$399/mo or $3,999/yr per location + $59/mo or $599/yr per user. Add-ons billed per location. 30-day free trial. Auto-renews until cancelled.

Access level
Everything in HOD Pro+ at the highest service level: enhanced reporting for high volume, unlimited on-demand manual investigations, manual document verification, centralized multi-location account management, advanced administrative controls, and full audit logging.
FCRA status
HOD Enterprise+ carries the exact same FCRA obligations as HOD Pro+. Volume, service level, and administrative controls change nothing about permissible purpose, accuracy, dispute, or adverse-action duties. No Enterprise entitlement waives, shortens, or bypasses any consumer protection.
Billing
$3,999/mo or $39,999/yr per location + $159/mo or $1,599/yr per user. Manual investigations included at no additional charge. 30-day free trial. Auto-renews until cancelled.

9. Suspension and termination

Hub or Dub may suspend or terminate HOD Enterprise+ access for misuse, missing or false certifications, unlawful or discriminatory use, non-payment, or trust-and-safety action. Termination does not affect any consumer's rights in their own file, which continue in full.

10. Availability

HOD Enterprise+ is offered in the United States and U.S. territories only, and is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Regulation V, and applicable federal and territorial law.
