Definition

A HOD Agent, also called a HOD Reputation Agent, is a trained and credentialed person authorized to perform Hub or Dub verification, inspection, and support work.

Agents cannot alter scores, change report items directly, or approve their own work. Scoring and approval remain with the system and the centralized back office queue.
