The HOD Directory is Hub or Dub's public listing of active, approved agencies, certified providers, and independent operators.

Only active listings are publicly discoverable. Headshots and logos require back office approval, and official fields are changed by back office personnel only.

A HOD Agent, also called a HOD Reputation Agent, is a trained and credentialed person authorized to perform Hub or Dub verification, inspection, and support work.

Home Agency

A Home Agency is the single HOD Agency permanently responsible for a member's service area and record work, assigned from their verified address.
