HOD Score

A HOD Score is a reputation score from 0 to 1,000 calculated by Hub or Dub from verified, back office approved information about a person or business.

HOD Report

A HOD Report is the continuously updated record of verified information, HOD Drops, evidence, and status changes that contribute to a HOD Score.

Consumer reputation reporting

Consumer reputation reporting is maintaining a verified personal record, giving the individual free access to it, and providing a structured dispute process.

Business reputation reporting

Business reputation reporting is maintaining verified company records, including verified registration, per-location standing, and certification status.

Network

HOD Agency

A HOD Agency is a verified local office authorized by Hub or Dub to handle verification, inspections, and member support in an assigned service area.

HOD Agent

A HOD Agent, also called a HOD Reputation Agent, is a trained and credentialed person authorized to perform Hub or Dub verification, inspection, and support work.

Home Agency

A Home Agency is the single HOD Agency permanently responsible for a member's service area and record work, assigned from their verified address.

HOD Directory

The HOD Directory is Hub or Dub's public listing of active, approved agencies, certified providers, and independent operators.

A HOD Certified Provider is an independent professional credentialed by Hub or Dub to perform verification and inspection work in the field.

My HOD+ is the Hub or Dub subscription for monitoring your own HOD Score and HOD Report in real time, with alerts on changes.

HOD Run+

HOD Run+ is the Hub or Dub subscription that lets an individual run HOD Reports on others for their own personal, non-eligibility decisions.

HOD Pro+ is the Hub or Dub subscription for businesses running eligibility-covered screening, with the additional legal obligations those decisions carry.

A HOD Drop is a submitted account of a real interaction with a person or business that only affects a HOD Score after it clears verification and back office approval.
