Definition

A HOD Agent, also called a HOD Reputation Agent, is a trained and certified person authorized by Hub or Dub to perform verification, inspection, and member support work through a HOD Agency.

Becoming an agent

Every agent completes the mandatory Hub or Dub curriculum, passes a server-scored assessment, signs the current agreement, and holds active credentials. Training, assessment, certification, and compliance state are all controlled centrally, not locally.

  • Assessments scored server side, never client side
  • Credentials expire and require renewal to stay active

What an agent can and cannot do

Agents collect and verify information, perform inspections, and support members. No agent can alter a HOD Score, change a report item directly, or approve their own work. Scoring and approval stay with the system and the central back office queue.
