What certification requires

Application review, the mandatory curriculum, a passing assessment score, a signed provider agreement, and payment standing in good order. Certification is per person and has to be renewed to stay active.

• Initial certification, annual renewal, recertification, and retake steps are all defined
• Lapsed payment or compliance standing moves a provider into grace, then suspension
• Reinstatement is a governed back office action, never automatic

Working as a certified provider

Certified providers get a portal with training, assigned work, commissions, benefits, standing, and credential documents. Everything they touch writes to an audit trail.

Two different programs with similar names. HOD Certified is the premium certification a business earns for its locations. The HOD Certified Provider Program credentials individual professionals who perform network work.
