HOD Agencies

Verification does not happen in a vacuum. It happens in a service area, handled by a Home Agency that is accountable for the work.

Definition

HOD Agencies are the verified local offices and Independent Operators, authorized by Hub or Dub, that carry out verification work, inspections, and member support in their assigned service areas.

How agency assignment works

Every member is matched to a Home Agency based on address, within the published service radius. That relationship persists, so the same office handles your verification history, your escalations, and your local record work instead of a new stranger every time.

  • Assignment is address based, not a guess from your browser
  • Coverage is United States only, all 50 states and U.S. territories
  • Reassignment is a governed back office action with an audit trail

Governance and standing

Agencies operate under an agreement, carry training and compliance requirements, and hold a public standing that back office personnel maintain. Official profile fields are changed by back office only, and every change is recorded permanently.

Finding your agency

The agency finder matches your address to the office responsible for your area. Public agency profiles live in the HOD Directory, where only active, approved listings appear.
