Provider compensation is commission-based and variable. There is no salary, no hourly pay, no guaranteed minimum, and no promised result. Many providers earn nothing. Read the Earnings Disclosure before you apply.
Your intended path is recorded. Every applicant enters through HOD Certified Provider review first. Independent Operator standing may be earned after the 12-month qualification period and separate Back Office approval.
