Every submission must be supported by credible evidence and is manually reviewed by the Hub or Dub Investigation Team before it can be approved. Submitting costs $0.00 for every user, on every plan. No fees, no credits, no card required. Nothing enters a score until human verification clears it.

This applies to every charge on the platform, including report purchases (guest and account), HOD Pro+ subscriptions, activation and implementation fees, HOD Credits, account fees, add-ons, and any other paid feature. Once a purchase is completed it cannot be canceled, refunded, credited, exchanged, transferred to another person or account, or applied toward a future purchase, regardless of whether the report has been viewed, downloaded, or used. If a HOD Pro+ subscription is suspended, terminated, expires, or is canceled by either party, all unused HOD Credits are immediately forfeited on the effective date, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, transferred, or restored. This policy applies at all times, without exception. You must acknowledge and agree to these terms before completing any purchase or using any paid features on Hub or Dub.
