The record behind the score

HOD Report

If the HOD Score is the number, the HOD Report is the receipt. Every item, every date, every verification state, in one live record.

Definition

A HOD Report is the complete, continuously updated record of the verified information, HOD Drops, evidence, findings, and status changes that contribute to a person's or business's live HOD Score.

What is inside a HOD Report

Your current score and its history, every verified HOD Drop with its supporting evidence, contributing elements and their weight, timestamps, verification status, newly approved updates, open disputes, resolved items, and pending reviews.

  • Clear labels for verified, pending, disputed, rejected, removed, and resolved items
  • Real-time updates with a banner telling you exactly what changed
  • Download, print, and export pulled fresh from our servers, never from stale browser data
  • An immutable activity log no user or employee can rewrite

One report, one verified account

A HOD Report belongs to exactly one verified account at a time. When your account is approved and activated, your score and report are activated and delegated to it automatically. There is no second claim step. If a record already exists for your verified identity, you either sign into the existing account or request a delegation that back office personnel verify by hand.

Disputes

Eligible items can be disputed through a structured workflow. You submit the dispute with your reasoning, back office reviews it, and the outcome is written to your report with its own timestamp and audit entry.
