Is a HOD Report the same as a credit report?

No. The structure is comparable, in that it shows the underlying information behind a score, but a HOD Report covers verified reputation information rather than credit accounts, and Hub or Dub is not a credit bureau.

Can I edit my HOD Report?

You cannot edit, delete, reorder, or suppress items. You can dispute eligible items and submit verified information for review.

One report, one verified account

A HOD Report belongs to exactly one verified account at a time. When your account is approved and activated, your score and report are activated and delegated to it automatically. There is no second claim step. If a record already exists for your verified identity, you either sign into the existing account or request a delegation that back office personnel verify by hand.

Eligible items can be disputed through a structured workflow. You submit the dispute with your reasoning, back office reviews it, and the outcome is written to your report with its own timestamp and audit entry.
