A HOD Score is a reputation score from 0 to 1,000 that Hub or Dub calculates for a verified person or business using only information that has cleared human review and back office approval.
Every verified item that enters a record carries a weight. The engine reads the full set of approved items, applies the published methodology, and produces one number. Nothing is averaged from star ratings and nothing is bought.
Verified identity, verified business registration, approved HOD Drops from real interactions, resolved disputes, certification standing, and other approved record activity. Each contributing item is visible inside your own HOD Report so you can see the reason behind the number.
You can see everything behind it, dispute any eligible item through the structured dispute process, add verified information about yourself, and work with a Reputation Management Specialist at no extra cost. What you cannot do is change the number directly, and neither can we.
