Reputation screening is the authorized process of reviewing another person's or business's verified HOD standing before making a decision, using a Hub or Dub plan that permits running reports.

Who is allowed to screen

Free and My HOD+ accounts see only their own record. Individuals who need to check someone for their own personal decisions use HOD Run+. Businesses making eligibility-covered decisions use HOD Pro+, which carries the additional legal obligations that come with those decisions.

  • Access is enforced server side, not hidden buttons
  • Downgrade, cancellation, failed payment, or suspension revokes screening access
  • Your own reports stay available to you regardless

Lawful use is mandatory

Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unauthorized use of any HOD Score or report is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for lawful use, and Hub or Dub may investigate, suspend, terminate, ban, or decline service at its sole discretion.
