For Service Providers · Client vetting before you engage
Contractors, in-home services, healthcare practices, marketplaces, and small businesses verify clients and crews before the work starts.

Why this matters
If your business puts people in someone's home, on a job site, or in front of clients, the risk is personal before it is financial. HOD Pro+ lets verified service businesses check identity, registry status, court history, and verified conduct for the clients they take on and the crews they send out, all human-reviewed and cited. Free consumer accounts mean the people you verify can see and dispute their own file too, which keeps the process fair and keeps you defensible.
New client intake
Confirm a prospective client is who they say they are before you schedule work or extend terms.
Crew and subcontractor checks
Verify the people you dispatch into homes, offices, and job sites.
Marketplace trust and safety
Screen both sides of a transaction and publish verified certificates that raise conversion.
Recurring re-verification
Monitor continuously so a change in a crew member's record surfaces the day it lands.
Home-service ready
Registry, identity, and conduct checks built for businesses that enter private spaces.
Publishable proof
Verified businesses can publish a public HOD certificate page customers can check.
Fair by design
Everyone you verify keeps free access to their own file and a real dispute channel.
Verify any source yourself.
Silent on conduct, identity, and safety.
Identity, registries, courts, and verified conduct, all cited.
Free accounts and My HOD+ members may view, monitor, dispute, and correct only their own HOD Score and HOD Report. Obtaining a report about another person or business requires HOD Run+, HOD Pro+, or HOD Enterprise+, together with identity verification and a recorded permissible purpose for every request. Only HOD Pro+ and HOD Enterprise+ may obtain consumer reports for FCRA-covered eligibility decisions.
No plan, tier, add-on, seat count, service level, or negotiated term sold by Hub or Dub reduces, waives, delays, or circumvents any right afforded to consumers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), Regulation V (12 C.F.R. Part 1022), or any other applicable federal or territorial law. HOD Enterprise+ is not an exception. Every consumer keeps the same rights to free file disclosure, dispute, reinvestigation, correction, deletion of unverifiable information, notice of adverse action, and a record of who accessed their file, regardless of which plan the requesting party holds or how much that party pays.
