1. The platform
Hub or Dub is a U.S. consumer reporting agency and reputation intelligence platform operated by Hub or Dub Inc., a privately owned and operated corporation that is 100% owned and operated by Stutson Global Inc. under the Stutson Family Trust, a Nevada based irrevocable trust owned and controlled privately by the Stutson family, and maintains its National Headquarters at 101 6th Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, New York 10013 and operates remotely throughout the United States and all U.S. territories. Hub or Dub Inc. is an independent private company and has no direct partnership, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, agency relationship, contractual relationship, or other formal relationship with any federal, state, local, territorial, or foreign government, government agency, governmental authority, or foreign governmental entity, unless expressly disclosed in writing by Hub or Dub. Nothing in any Hub or Dub service, report, score, account, or communication constitutes governmental approval, certification, endorsement, or affiliation. The platform assigns eligible people and businesses a dynamic HOD Score from 0 to 1,000, developed through human-led investigation, manual evidence review, cross-referencing, and verification. The platform is available only in the 50 United States and U.S. territories.
2. HOD Score services
A HOD Score is Hub or Dub's proprietary reputation measurement. Scores begin at 0 when a score file is established and change only as evidence is collected, manually reviewed, and verified by trained Hub or Dub investigators. Every material score movement reflects a human review decision recorded in a permanent audit trail.
- Scores update as each verified change clears human review; there is no fixed publication schedule.
- Scores are opinions and assessments based on available, verified information. They are not statements of fact about any person or business.
- Hub or Dub does not guarantee any particular score, outcome, or decision by any third party.
3. Investigator-led review and evidence standards
- All score-affecting evidence is reviewed and verified by authorized Hub or Dub personnel before it is applied to a score.
- Every account is subject to a required manual review when a HOD Score is claimed, and to a mandatory comprehensive review cycle at least every three months.
- Hub or Dub maintains written procedures designed to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information it reports, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
- Evidence that cannot be verified to Hub or Dub's standards is not applied to a score.
4. Eligibility and account standards
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Hub or Dub account and to claim, activate, access, or maintain an HOD Score™ or HOD Report™ for yourself. Age is verified during identity verification; there are no exceptions, overrides, or parental-consent pathways.
- No individual under 18 may independently claim or activate an HOD Score™ or HOD Report™ associated with their identity, and no person under 18 may establish or claim an HOD Score™ or HOD Report™ for a business or organization. Age eligibility may be verified during the account, identity, or score-activation process, and accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement may be restricted from claiming or activating a score or report.
- You must complete identity verification (KYC) before account and HOD Score activation can be completed.
- All required agreements, disclosures, consents, and certifications applicable to your account and plan must be reviewed, acknowledged, and electronically signed before activation, and re-signed when materially updated.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
Your rights to run reports depend on your plan. Free accounts may view only their own score and file. Individual report runs under HOD Run+ are certified for personal, non-FCRA purposes only. Business report runs under HOD Pro+ and HOD Enterprise+ require a certified FCRA permissible purpose for each request, with identical obligations at every service level. You may not:
- Use any Hub or Dub report or score for a purpose prohibited by the FCRA or other applicable law;
- Resell, redisclose, or transfer reports except as expressly permitted by law;
- Submit false, misleading, or unverifiable evidence, or attempt to manipulate any score;
- Access the platform from outside the United States and U.S. territories, or on behalf of any person or entity located outside them;
- Interfere with investigators, review processes, security controls, or audit systems.
Hub or Dub strictly prohibits the unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, unauthorized, or otherwise improper use of any HOD Score, report, assessment, record, data, information, finding, or other content provided, generated, discovered, maintained, or disclosed through Hub or Dub, including any misuse by employees, consumers, businesses, subscribers, account holders, report recipients, or other users. Each individual or business that accesses, orders, receives, runs, reviews, relies upon, shares, or otherwise uses an HOD Score or report is solely and independently responsible for ensuring that their use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, disclosures, authorizations, and Hub or Dub policies, and Hub or Dub does not authorize any use that is prohibited by applicable law or its policies. All users remain solely responsible for their own decisions and uses of Hub or Dub information.
6. Consumer rights preserved
Nothing in this agreement limits any right you have under the FCRA, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, or applicable state consumer reporting and privacy laws, including your rights to disclosure of your file, to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information, and to have disputes reinvestigated within the timeframes required by law. See Your Rights and FCRA & CRA Compliance.
7. Platform responsibilities and disclaimers
Hub or Dub will operate the platform with commercially reasonable care, maintain security controls appropriate to a consumer reporting agency, and preserve a comprehensive, continuously updated audit trail of material account activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and all scores and reports are provided "as is" and "as available," and Hub or Dub disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in this agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hub or Dub Inc., Stutson Global Inc., the Stutson Family Trust, and their officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made by third parties in reliance on a score or report. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid to Hub or Dub in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law where that limitation is not enforceable. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability under the FCRA for willful or negligent noncompliance.
9. Changes to this agreement
When this agreement is materially updated, the new version is published with a revised effective date and version number, and every affected account is required to review and electronically re-sign before continuing to access affected services. Your signed copies remain available in your Document Vault at all times.
10. Enforcement and post-termination access
Hub or Dub reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law and its governing agreements, to investigate suspected misuse, restrict or suspend access, terminate accounts, permanently ban users or businesses, decline services, or otherwise take appropriate action at its sole discretion when an account or activity violates applicable law, Hub or Dub policies, contractual requirements, or responsible-use standards.
If an account is permanently restricted or terminated after an HOD Score or report has been established, the individual or business may, where legally required or otherwise permitted by Hub or Dub, retain the ability to claim or access applicable consumer rights associated with that HOD Score, but will not be eligible to access restricted premium functionality, subscribe to paid plans, purchase additional services, or receive other account benefits unless Hub or Dub expressly determines otherwise.
