HOD Certified Provider Agreement
The agency program is administered by HOD Agencies Inc., affiliated with Hub or Dub Inc.. Your independent credential does not authorize you to bind either entity, promise an outcome, settle a claim, or act as a government representative. Consumer-reporting rights and platform obligations remain separate from program fees.
Certified Providers apply only through an invitation from an eligible sponsoring agency and may have exactly one active sponsor. Independent Operators apply directly and require documented Back Office approval before license activation. Payment alone grants no operational authority.
Each operator holds one agency and one authorized location. Every co-owner holds and pays for an individual operator license and has equal agency administration rights, subject to platform controls. Launching a separate agency ends that operator's ownership in the former agency. Territory routing uses a 25-mile radius from verified addresses; it does not guarantee exclusivity, leads, income, or volume.
Back Office must issue the HOD Academy invitation within 7 calendar days of approval. Operators must establish the required Regus office within 30 calendar days. Training, office verification, agreements, payment and activation are distinct requirements.
Your main responsibility is to find and onboard new users, then fulfill Hub or Dub services in real time only for the users you personally onboarded whose agency delegation is active at that moment. Every other user goes to support. Delegation is controlled by the Back Office and can change at any time.
Your credential is issued to you personally. It is not transferable, not resellable, and not usable by staff, family, or any other business. Sharing portal access, credentials, or sign-in factors ends your certification.
Hub or Dub sets all pricing, policy, scoring, and verification outcomes. You never set prices, never promise an outcome, never guarantee a score, and never suggest a result can be arranged, escalated, or influenced by you.
Either side may end this agreement. Hub or Dub may suspend or revoke your credential immediately for non-payment, policy breach, misrepresentation, confidentiality failures, fraud, or any conduct that damages consumer trust.
No earnings or business success is guaranteed. The legal classification of the program and any required business-opportunity or franchise disclosures must be reviewed by qualified counsel before release; this agreement does not waive mandatory disclosures or consumer rights.
Only successful, eligible paid report runs by verified businesses generate a 25% commission. A personally delegated provider receives the single share; otherwise the eligible operator receives it. A transaction never pays both. Refunds, disputes, reversals and ineligible runs are excluded or reconciled in the ledger.
Eligible commissions clear in 3 to 5 business days. Friday payouts are made manually through a separate external payroll system, then recorded by Back Office Finance. An expected date or ledger balance is not proof that payment has been made.
Individual acknowledgment: I have read the HOD Certified Provider Agreement in full and I agree to be bound by it.
Certification Terms
HOD certification is a Hub or Dub certification. It is not a government approval, regulatory license, endorsement, or official certification of any kind, and it does not make you a government-affiliated person.
Your certification covers the scope named on your credential: the services you are trained and authorized to fulfill, for users you onboarded, while your delegation is active.
Training and assessments take place exclusively in HOD Academy. Back Office verifies completion; applicants and credential holders cannot certify themselves. Certification also requires verified identity, current agreements, an eligible sponsoring agency where applicable, payment standing and documented activation.
Certification is time-bound. It runs from the date issued to your renewal anniversary and stays valid only while all conditions above remain true.
Hub or Dub may revise the curriculum, assessment, standards, and documents. When a document changes materially, you must review and accept the new version before your operational access continues.
You may describe yourself as an active HOD Certified Provider or HOD Independent Operator only while your status is active. The moment status changes, that representation must stop everywhere, including your own marketing.
Individual acknowledgment: I understand exactly what my HOD certification covers and what it does not.
Payment & Renewal Policy
The HOD Independent Operator License is $25,000 total, charged to the applicant: a non-refundable $5,000 application deposit paid before the application can be submitted, reviewed or processed, and the remaining $20,000 due within seven (7) calendar days of the approval notification. Failure to pay the balance within that period automatically voids and cancels the application, terminates the approval and forfeits all amounts paid. The annual renewal fee is $5,000, covers continued licensing authorization, ongoing professional development and training, and maintenance of the active license and associated privileges, and is not part of the initial license price.
The HOD Certified Provider Certification is $1,500 total, charged to the sponsoring HOD Agency and never to the applicant: a non-refundable $300 application deposit initiated and paid through the agency's authorized account before the application invite can be sent or the application submitted, and the remaining $1,200 billed to the agency and due within seven (7) calendar days of the approval notification. Failure to pay within that period automatically voids the application and cancels the approval; the outstanding balance remains the sponsoring agency's responsibility under the applicable agency payment terms. The annual renewal fee is $300, covers ongoing professional training, continuing education and maintenance of the active certification and credentials, and is not part of the initial certification price.
If any Independent Operator or Certified Provider application is denied or voluntarily withdrawn, all deposits and other fees already paid are non-refundable and forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a Certified Provider application is denied or withdrawn for any reason, the remaining certification balance is no longer owed.
These terms supersede earlier offers for all participants These terms supersede earlier offers for all participants, subject to legally required notice, consent and counsel review. Executed agreements and historical receipts are never rewritten.
Renewal obligations are annual. Stripe checkout or the applicable payer mandate separately records payment authorization, the payment method and renewal date. This credential acknowledgment does not itself create an automatic debit mandate. Payment failures require documented billing review and may restrict operational access under the governing program rules.
Sponsorship recovery costs the receiving agency $350. A verified book transfer instead costs 5 times verified book value, with 50% allocated to the releasing agency. The recovery fee and book-transfer price are never combined for the same transfer. No retired assessment-retake or re-certification fee originates a new charge.
Payment does not guarantee approval, activation, income, referrals, territory or reinstatement. Refund and cancellation rights remain subject to applicable law and the separately accepted payer terms; no program clause removes nonwaivable rights.
All payments are processed by our payment processor over encrypted connections using tokenized payment methods. Hub or Dub does not store raw card numbers.
Individual acknowledgment: I acknowledge the applicable fees and designated payer. This signature does not authorize charges to a provider's personal card or replace the payer's separate Stripe authorization.
HOD Academy & Assessment Policy
There are no public training modules, public examinations or self-certified completion pathways. Academy invitations and completion records are verified by authorized staff. Follow the current Academy curriculum and assessment requirements communicated in your invitation.
Training readiness and completion do not replace formal identity, sponsorship, licensing, agreement or activation gates. A course result is not a HOD Score and cannot change any consumer's score.
The exam is individual and closed. No sharing items, no screenshots, no recording, no group attempts, no assistance, no second person, no automation. Sharing or collecting exam content ends your certification.
Suspected assessment misconduct requires documented review. Remedial work, further assessments and the effect on activation are communicated by HOD Academy and Back Office; this policy does not impose a retired retake fee.
All HOD Scores are system-calculated only from information cleared by human verification. No participant or employee can manually alter a HOD Score.
Individual acknowledgment: I agree to complete the required HOD Academy work and to preserve assessment integrity. I understand that Back Office must verify completion.
Suspension & Re-Certification Policy
Suspension can follow non-payment past the grace period, expiration, a failed compliance review, a confidentiality or conduct breach, or loss of certification status under program rules.
While suspended: credential and verified badge disabled, active listing hidden from the public directory, provider tools, dashboards, resources, and certification-only benefits disabled, and no representing yourself as an active HOD Certified Provider anywhere.
Every suspension, reinstatement and transfer is documented with the actor, reason and time. Mandatory identity, age, Academy and operational requirements cannot be bypassed by payment.
When sponsorship ends, certification is suspended. An eligible new agency may recover sponsorship within 90 calendar days by paying $350, subject to Back Office approval. After that window, certification is revoked and a further 180-day wait applies before reapplication. Recovery does not bypass compliance review.
For an agency-to-agency book transfer, Back Office verifies book value before the receiving agency pays 5 times that value. Half goes to the releasing agency. Completion terminates the old sponsorship before creating the new one; exactly one active sponsor remains. This transfer is separate from the flat recovery pathway.
Restoration requires documented satisfaction of the applicable program requirements and Back Office approval. Payment alone never restores certification, and a printed certificate is valid only while online credential status is active.
Individual acknowledgment: I understand how suspension works and what restoring my certification requires.
Confidentiality & Data Handling Standard
Everything you see about a person or business is confidential. You access it only to fulfill a service for a user you onboarded with active delegation, and only the minimum needed for that task.
No copying, exporting, screenshotting, photographing, printing, forwarding, storing on personal devices, or keeping information after the task is done. No personal notebooks, spreadsheets, phones, or cloud drives.
No looking up yourself, family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, an ex, a public figure, or anyone out of curiosity. Every lookup is logged and reviewed.
You never discuss one user's information with another user, and you never confirm or deny whether someone has an account or a score.
Report any suspected exposure, lost device, shared password, or wrong-person access immediately. Concealing an incident is treated more seriously than the incident.
Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unauthorized use of any HOD Score or report is strictly prohibited and ends your credential.
Individual acknowledgment: I agree to handle all consumer and business information under this confidentiality standard.
Conduct, Branding & Representation Standard
Use the official brand and credential assets exactly as issued. No altered logos, invented badges, fake seals, look-alike sites, or modified certificates.
Never claim government affiliation, partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or authority. Hub or Dub is an independent private company.
Never promise a score, an approval, a report result, a timeline you do not control, or a dollar amount anyone will earn.
State availability correctly: the United States, all 50 states and U.S. territories. Never global or worldwide.
Treat every person the same regardless of any protected characteristic. Non-discrimination is a condition of holding the credential.
Corporate support is available by email at hello@hubordub.com and through online support tickets. Do not promise telephone or round-the-clock human support.
Individual acknowledgment: I agree to represent Hub or Dub and my credential exactly as this standard requires.
